Proactive Productivity: What to do When You’re Not Feeling Very Productive

We’ve all had days where we feel unmotivated or unproductive - we simply can’t get our brains into “worky” mode.

How we handle them really can make an unproductive day actually quite productive - but in a different way. When we take off the hat of “producer” and honour ourselves as a human being, we can see that feeling unproductive can actually lead to getting our energy reserves refilled...which leads to more productivity.

I’ll be honest...I wasn’t the best at handling unproductive days in the past - in fact they used to really stress me out. But something has shifted for me...
