One step at a time
How are you doing?
How are you feeling?
How are you holding up?
It’s been a heavy time for many of us. Not only processing basically the whole world pausing operations piece by piece, but what that means to our families, routines, mental health and well being, and of course our physical health and keeping us safe and well.
New childcare plans, a spouse off work or working from home, possible isolation, bending and shifting with each day that things change. These times will require more tenacity and resilience.
As entrepreneurs, (many solopreneurs) this can be an especially stressful time as we still need to keep the wheels on the bus. And I want to encourage you to do so, and help in any way I can!
Here are some things I want to do to support you and your business right now:
Until April 30th I am waiving my 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy for all scheduled strategy/consulting calls. If you just can’t have the call, just email me. We’ll figure out a better time.
Until April 30th, I am waiving all expiry times on 5 and 10 hour blocks either currently active or purchased between now and then.
I am offering 3, 1-hour consulting sessions at NO CHARGE over the next 3 weeks (1 per week) to help you sort out, shift focus, create new offerings, plan a project, etc. etc. for this new phase. First come first served and 1 per person please. Please contact us for availability and to book a time. I may open more after this.
For any in-person strategy/consulting sessions, we don't need to cancel but please be prepared to move these online. We will contact you at least 24 hours before our scheduled meeting, but indications right now are looking at social distancing across the board.
While our operating hours are not planning to change, please expect that there may be shifts to availability for Cheryl and me as things unfold and progress. So we may be slower responding to emails at times and ask for your patience if this does happen.
While we are hunkered down, it’s a great time to get creative. Launch that blog/newsletter that you’ve been meaning to get to, create some workflows, set up your automated scheduling, design your free offering for your website! There is a silver lining here. And take advantage of the free help I am offering.
Also take some time to take a time out! I totally went down the rabbit hole yesterday with news and stats and ugh...I didn’t feel good by the end of the day. I returned to today with my regular yoga, my fave go-to meditation app and a time out on how much news I am consuming! I’m also finding new hiking trails to get out and explore.
It’s one day at a time, one foot in front of the other. There are people here to support you, and we’ll get through this and be stronger for it.
All my best.
