3 Essential Workflows for Executive Coaches, 1:1 Coaches and Consultants
Creating "workflows" in your business or practice is just plain smart.
Essentially, workflows are a series of tasks in an activity, usually automated, that follow a set of procedural rules.
For example, when I work with clients, we map out their "onboarding" process and what that looks like ideally for their client. How do we want their client to feel? What communication needs to be given? What actions need to happen to get them in the system and up and running?
And ideally, it's all automated. Or most of it.
In this video, I discuss the 3 essential workflows that 1:1 service providers need to have in their business.
Having these things ensures leads are not lost and that you, the business owner, aren't busying yourself with endless admin run-around.
